FAQs

How long are contracts?

We don’t bind you to a contract. You want to bind US to a contract? That’s cool, we’re into bondage can make that work. We typically keep it month-to-month so you have complete freedom.

I have a serious business, do you make content without humor?

Yes, we absolutely do. Here’s the thing: we’re a ragtag group of marketers who’ve worked for boring agencies before, so the vibe of Clarify is informal and relaxed, but we can (and do) absolutely handle completely serious businesses. We read the room and match the tone, because that’s what you need.

Why don’t you list prices?

Because every project is different. We can’t gauge what you need in specific detail until we talk. The best part? We don’t have a strict minimum for projects. We’ve done small budgets for small one-man companies, and seven-figure monthly budgets for big brands. Drop us a line, we’re bound to have a project fit for your budget.

what does it look like to work with Clarify?

The first 30 days are getting up to speed. We need to know your business, your needs, your goals, and build a strategy around that. It’s a bit of work on your end to start, but it doesn’t take long to take the training wheels off. We’re approachable and don’t bite, so you’ll have a great time working with everyone on our team.

When can I expect to see results?

We hate to say, “it varies,” but it really does. We give you our projection during the first 30 days, but keep in mind: marketing is a marathon, not a sprint. We’ll track results on a monthly basis and drop them in your inbox so you can take a look.

Do you use AI in any part of your process?

Nope. There’s always going to be features on platforms that start using AI, and you know it’s a buzz word right now, but we actively avoid and do not seek to use any AI programs or software. It’s the fastest way to sound like everyone else, (and it’s unethical as all holy hell).

Have a question not listed here?

Oh no, that means you’ll have to schedule a 30-minute discovery call with us so you can ask it.

Such a bother. Anyway, here’s the link.
